On the 11th February 2026, I shared a LinkedIn post asking people to tag and share brilliant women in fintech who we should be seeing speak not just for International Women's Day, but all year round.
What followed was a tidal wave of recommendations for women in the sector, hundreds of tags and a soaring volume of engagement. It shows us that today in 2026 there are a LOT of women working in our sector.
